OrbitAtlasX Privacy Policy

OrbitAtlasX is an iPhone app. 2600i LLC, a Florida limited liability company, publishes it.

This page covers the OrbitAtlasX iPhone app only. It does not cover 2600i.com, Homeschool, or AIMTP.

What we collect

We do not collect personal data from OrbitAtlasX. There is no OrbitAtlasX account. We do not ask for an email. There is no 2600i server for this app.

The App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected.

What stays on your iPhone

  • Camera. Used on the device to overlay names on the sky. Frames are not uploaded.
  • Location (when in use). Used on the device to show what is visible from where you are. You can decline and use a sample sky. Location is not uploaded.
  • Motion. Used on the device so the sky overlay stays aligned as you move the phone.
  • Microphone. Optional. Used only if you record a sky video and allow it. Audio is not uploaded. If you decline, the video is silent.
  • Photos. Add-only. The app can save captures you choose to your Photo Library. It does not read your library.
  • Tonight (Live Activities) and launch alerts. Shown on this iPhone. Alerts are local notifications, not push from our servers.
  • Settings. Screen name, filters, and similar choices stay in the app on this iPhone.

Catalog requests

The app downloads public launch listings and satellite orbit data. Those requests do not include your location, name, photo, or Apple ID. Like any website visit, those operators may see your IP address. We do not get that IP back and we do not store it.

Purchases

OrbitAtlasX offers optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewing subscriptions. Apple processes them. We do not see your card number, Apple Account password, or billing address.

Whether a purchase is active is checked with Apple on this iPhone and kept on this iPhone. There is no 2600i server for this app, so nothing about your purchase reaches us. Manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Tracking and ads

No ads. No tracking. No analytics SDK. No advertising identifier.

Children

OrbitAtlasX is not directed at children under 13 and is not in Apple’s Kids Category.

Your choices

Decline camera, location, microphone, or motion in iOS Settings. Turn alerts off in the app or in iOS Settings. Delete the app to remove data stored on this iPhone, except photos you already saved to Photos.

There is no account to delete.
